OLLSMPC Attends the Professionalization Program cum Seminar on Human Resource Management
From August 19–20, 2023, OLLSMPC held a Professionalization Program and Seminar on Human Resource Management, equipping officers and employees with leadership, management, and strategic skills. Through workshops, discussions, and expert guidance, participants gained tools to innovate, lead effectively, and contribute to the cooperative’s growth and sustainable success.
