Damayan Program

Contestability Period
For new members – 3 months from the date of membership with ₱4,000.00 paid-up share capital.

Validity Period
Official Receipts must be submitted within 1 month after hospitalization, check-up, or death.

Computation

Beneficiary	Whichever is Lower
Members	50% of total receipts OR (Number of active members × ₱10.00)
Husband / Wife	40% of total receipts OR (Number of active members × ₱8.00)
Dependents/ Parents	30% of total receipts OR (Number of active members × ₱6.00)
