Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)

1. All prospective members must undergo Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES).

2. A certification that the prospective member has attended the seminar shall be issued by the person who conducted the seminar

3. The eligibility requirement must be paid before a prospective member is accepted into the cooperative

Membership Fees

• Share Capital – Php 4,000.00
• Membership Fee – Php 200.00
• Orientation Fee – Php 100.00
• Annual Dues – Php 100.00
• Damayan Fund – Php 250.00
• Total – Php 4,650.00

4. An accepted member must be approved by the Board of Directors to be considered as regular member of the cooperative

5. Mobile Orientation - for a minimum of 10 prospect membership for orientation

Documentary Requirements

The first documents required upon application are a Photocopy of a Valid ID and 2 pcs 2×2 ID Pictures. Other documents may be submitted afterward as part of the application process.
