LEADERSHIP ASCENDANCY: THE CHAIRMANSHIP JOURNEY OF ATTY. CESARIO AGGALOT IN THE SANTIAGO CITY FEDERATION OF CREDIT COOPERATIVE (SAFECCO)
In a landmark moment for the Santiago City Federation of Credit Cooperatives (SAFECCO), Atty. Cesario A.
