OLLSMPC ATTENDS THE PROFESSIONALIZATION PROGRAM CUM SEMINAR ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The Professionalization Program cum Seminar on Human Resource Management for the officers and employees of Our Lady of La Salette Multi-Purpose Cooperative, with the theme: “Empowering Cooperative Leaders and Management Towards Strategic Leadership and Elevating Cooperative Excellence and Sustainable Success,” was a transformative initiative aimed at equipping our leaders and employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to navigate the complexities of cooperative management effectively. The activity was held from August 19 to 20, 2023, at the Exhibit Room, University of La Salette, Santiago City.
The program commenced with an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation.
