The first day of the OLLSMPC Livelihood Training Program focused on mango processing production. Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of handling and processing mangoes into various products. Expert trainers provided demonstrations and guided participants through practical exercises, laying the foundation for the skills and techniques to be expanded on in subsequent sessions. The program aimed to enhance participants’ capabilities in small-scale food production and cooperative business development.
