On July 16, 2024, the Our Lady of La Salette Multi-Purpose Cooperative (OLLSMPC) officially commenced Day 1 of its Livelihood Training Program on Pineapple Processing Production at the Santiago City Food Processing and Toll Packaging Center in Bannawag Norte, Santiago City. The training introduced participants to the fundamentals of pineapple processing, providing them with essential knowledge and initial hands-on experience. The activity marked the beginning of a multi-day program aimed at enhancing skills, promoting livelihood opportunities, and empowering members through practical and sustainable food processing techniques.
