Our Lady of La Salette Multi-Purpose Cooperative (OLLSMPC) conducted its Benchmarking 2024 program for Board of Directors, officers, management, and staff on March 10, 2024, at Venus Park View Hotel. The event facilitated sharing of learnings, collaborative discussions, and interactive activities aimed at enhancing cooperative operations and staff engagement. Participants reflected on best practices, strengthened teamwork, and identified strategies for continuous improvement. The benchmarking program reinforced a culture of learning and cooperation among the OLLSMPC leadership and staff.
